Teatro Amador is looking for a Talent & Booking Manager to join our dynamic and creative team. If you’re passionate about music, entertainment, and building unforgettable experiences, this role might be the perfect fit for you.

What’s the Role?

As the Talent & Booking Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Teatro Amador’s transformation into a multifunctional space for live music, theater, comedy, cinema, and corporate events. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of local and international artists, from rock bands to jazz musicians, and even DJs for our legendary electronic music nights.

This role is all about relationships—developing strong connections with artists, promoters, and agents, while coordinating events that wow our audiences. You’ll also work closely with our marketing team to promote these events and ensure they’re a success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management: Identifying and building strong relationships with artists, musicians, actors, and other entertainers.

  • Event Planning: Collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth execution of events.

  • Booking Logistics: Handling all the details like transportation, accommodation, and scheduling for the talent.

  • Negotiation & Contracts: Working with talent and their representatives to secure the best deals.

  • Market Research: Keeping an eye on the latest entertainment trends to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent booking, entertainment, or event management.

  • Strong industry contacts and the ability to build valuable relationships.

  • A love for fast-paced environments, and a knack for managing multiple projects.
